Returns & refunds

No returns or exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please check the size details carefully — or message us on WhatsApp for help with sizing — before you order.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

A complete, unedited unboxing video is required as proof. Please record continuously from the moment you start opening the sealed package until the item is fully shown. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Once your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled (for example, the item sold out), we will refund it in full.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it is dispatched. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
