EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unused and unworn
• All original tags must be intact
• The item must be in its original packaging

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
• Items without tags or in used condition
• Items purchased during sale

HOW TO EXCHANGE
Contact us at rosstudiohyd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange. We will guide you through the process.

STORE CREDIT
Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit, which can be used on your next purchase at Ro's Studio.
